Debbie Barragan, C.P.A., CCIFP
Senior Accounting and Audit Manager
Debbie has been with the firm since January, 2004. Her prior
employment experience includes a “Big 4” accounting
firm and as a Controller of a manufacturing company. She especially
serves growing, closely held, construction industry companies.
Debbie graduated from University of La Verne with a Bachelor
of Science degree in Accounting, Magna Cum Laude. She has
memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Debbie enjoys traveling and outdoor activities such as mountain
bike riding and hiking.

Lisa Green, C.P.A.
Senior Audit Manager
Lisa has been with the firm since 1995. She has extensive experience
serving closely held, rapidly growing companies primarily in
the construction industry. Prior to joining GMG & Associates,
she worked for a large West Coast regional accounting firm where
she was a senior audit manager directly responsible for auditing
more than 50 separate employee benefit plans.
Lisa graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor
of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration
in Accounting. She has memberships in the American Institute
of Certified Public Accountants and California Society of Certified
Public Accountants.
Lisa enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Fariba Mehdian, C.P.A. ,M.S.-Accounting, CFF, CCIFP
Senior Accounting and Audit Manager
Fariba’s experience and track record showcase her thorough
and complete knowledge of the wide panorama of issues impacting
the construction industry. She has served extensively on both
accounting and management sides. She was the CFO of a prominent
grading company in Atlanta, Georgia and served on its Board
of Directors. She was a Senior Manager and often engagement
manager at a midsized construction industry CPA firm in Atlanta
as well. Her responsibilities have included virtually every
aspect a finance professional in the construction industry would
encounter: traditional accounting, tax, operational, and control
issues; business planning, debt and other financing needs; bonding
and insurance compliance; and other real estate issues.
Fariba is a licensed CPA in California and Georgia. She received
her Bachelors Degree of Science with concentration in Mathematics
and Statistics and earned a Master's degree in Accountancy from
Florida International University. She is a member of the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society
of Certified Public Accountants and the Georgia Society of Certified
Public Accountants.
Fariba is married and lives in Irvine with her husband and son.
She enjoys traveling extensively and her itinerary has included
much of the world.

Adam S. Minow, C.P.A., M.B.A.,
Certified Valuation Analyst, Broker
Senior Manager of Litigation Support
Adam has been a CPA in California since 1995. His accounting
career began at Kenneth Leventhal & Company (since acquired
by Ernst & Young) where he managed audits of homebuilders
and real estate developers. His experience also includes corporate
development, investment banking, capital raising, and strategic
advisory services. He has been previously employed by Bank
of America’s investment banking group, KB Homes (NYSE:
KBH, and Genentech, Inc. (NYSE: DNA). He is currently managing
Glenn M. Gelman & Associates strategic advisory services
group (including management consulting and litigation support)
and participates on attestation engagements.
Adam earned his Masters in Business Administration from the
University of Chicago and his Bachelor of Science degree in
Accounting from the University of Southern California. He also
is a Certified Valuation Analyst and holds a Real Estate Broker
license in the State of California.
He enjoys restoring and remodeling homes, travel, cooking,
gardening and various outdoor sports. He has completed three
marathons in Anchorage, Honolulu, and Chicago.

Tanya P. Valle, C.P.A., M.S.-Tax
Senior Tax Manager
Tanya has more than nine years in public accounting and has
a broad set of skills involving construction, real estate
development, manufacturing, not-for-profit organizations,
and tax planning for high net worth individuals. She manages
tax engagements, oversees tax compliance, and provides tax
consulting strategies to clients in diverse industries. She
is also active in recruiting potential new employees from
her college “alma mater."
Tanya graduated from California State University, Fullerton
with a degree in Business Administration, concentration in
Accounting. She also received her Masters Degree in Taxation
from Golden Gate University. She has memberships in the American
Institute of Certified Public Accountants and California Society
of Certified Public Accountants.
Tanya is fluent in Spanish and her interests include traveling,
photography and learning different languages.
